What Are Buffies?
Buffies are collectible powers that boost a Brawler’s existing skills by enhancing their Gadgets, Star Powers, and Hypercharges. Each Brawler that receives Buffies gets three distinct types:

To unlock Buffies, players must first reach 1,000 trophies, which activates the new Starr Park Claw Machine system. Once this milestone is reached, the very first Buffie pull is entirely free — meaning you can obtain your first Buffie without spending any coins or power points. Supercell+1

How the Claw Machine Works
After the free pull, Buffies are obtained through the Claw Machine, a random-pull mechanic:
